Full Time Positions 

Branch Director, Kodak Branch Location

*Salaried position, exempt status, excellent benefits package

Directs/manages overall daily operations of the designated Clubhouse with the primary concern for programs and service delivery, supervision and training of staff, facilities management, community relations and membership administration.  

-Four-year degree from an accredited college or university, or equivalent experience.
-A minimum of three years work experience in a Boys and Girls Club or similar organization planning and supervising activities based on the developmental needs of young people, or equivalent experience.

Requirements for all positions 

For all positions you must be 18 years old and possess a minimum of a high school diploma or GED. Background checks and drug screening are also required.

Benefit Information

Part-time employees earn annual leave and retirement after one year of employment. 

Full time employees'  benefits include annual leave; paid holidays; sick leave; medical, vision and dental Insurance; retirement; group life Insurance and disability contingent upon eligibility. Credit will be given for prior full-time work experience in other Boys & Girls Clubs organizations for annual leave consideration.
